Hindi rin natin dapat kalimutan that Estrada willfully faced his accusers. If I were to choose between the two, Estrada is the man.

I’ve just read a 150 peso autobiography of Senator Chiz Escudero. It’s entitled Say ni Chiz. It’s quite revealing and entertaining. The whole book is written in conversational Taglish. I tried to copy his style by doing a Taglish post here. Anyway, you’d really love how he told his life in the book. It is also accompanied by simple drawings known as comics. It also revealed the personal side of him. Give it a try!

Chiz’s book is the ultimate PR book. Feel ko, it was launched so that he could get a positive reception for the upcoming elections.
Apparently, he decided not to run.

Sabagay, his book made me realized that Erap is better than the current president and that his father is not that bad.

Hello CleveArguelles. I am a filipino citizen working for the Worldbank. Marcos, the best yung record niya. Erap, worst. GMA, was second to marcos.
Alam mo na dito mo naeexpress mga nasa loob mo about the present government Yjo. Okay?:)

First, the fact that you are working for the World Bank means I will not recognize any of your beliefs.
Second, the movement of the economy (or the lack of it) is just one of the factors that can be considered in measuring one’s presidency.
And mind you, in terms of GDP growth minus the inflation rate (check IBON Foundation’s reports) Estrada outperformed Arroyo. Be critical.
Third, this is an opinion. Regardless if it’s accurate or not, it’s still my opinion and I still have the right to publish it here. But to be clear, I’ve read things so that this post will be accurate as possible. Summary. Kay?
And lastly, to say that i’m still not in the position to tell that this government is not doing good is wrong. I want to register my reactions. And i’m a political science student, not enough but still can be a justification na pwede akong magsalita dahil kasama ‘to sa pinag-aaralan ko.
You’re most welcome Teresita.

Cleve, ayos. (: Onga. Super talo ni Panggulong Macapal Arroyo (typo thing intended) ang lahat ng presidente when it comes to extra judicial killings. She sucks. Buti wala pang nag-aassassinate sa kanya. Grabe lang talaga. Hindi ko alam kung paano siya nakakatulog after having a very expensive dinner while other people do not have anything to eat at all. Both sides ng bridges pa. Sayang pera! Grabe. Ang kapal ng mukha niya. Anyway, mahaba na ang comment ko. Keep up the good work.

“First, the fact that you are working for the World Bank means I will not recognize any of your beliefs.” I dont get it. Why?
We have our own professional researchers.
And, kung political science student ka, empty your cup. wag ka magsimula sa mga nararamdaman ng mga tao. Magsimula ka sa wala. I can sense that you are pro-noynoy.

I pity you, seriously.
Why should I not believe a WB employee? Because it’s the most biased financial institution. It serves as a discreet US agency that will help them open economies of third world countries for them to exploit it. WB allow countries to loan a big amount of money with pre-set conditions like opening the economy for foreign exploitation and privatization of government owned-companies.
You corrected me on saying that Erap’s presidency is better by highlighting the movement of the economy. Tama ba? So as a whole, ginamit mo yung economy to disprove my point na Erap’s presidency is better. Right? You were not able to cite any other factors to support your claim.
Biased media. Biased blogs. Now, where do you based your claims? From government data? From WB data? Is that not biased too? Everything is biased. To say that there is an absolute objectivity is wrong. I based my analysis from my organization’s news releases and other independent think-thank groups that I think are biased for the interest of this country.
What’s wrong with IBON foundation? As far as I’m concerned, this is a very respectable foundation that publishes PROFESSIONAL researches too. It’s a foundation composed of economist, political analyst and many other experts. Ano naman if you have your own professional researchers? Are they not being paid by the World Bank? And by that, they are being biased (directly or indirectly) sa interest ng World Bank. Unlike independent groups who publishes researches in the interest of the people.
The court may err but the sovereign people will not. Statistics may fail but the sovereign will not. If numbers and any other researches do not reflect the conditions of the majority of the people then it is safe to say that they are useless and wrong.
LASTLY, akala ko ba when we’re giving our opinions we should be accurate and blah blahs according to you. Saan mo naman nakuha ang sense na I’m a pro Noynoy? If you based that sensing from my comments in this post, my god, what kind of people does WB employ? TO BE CLEAR. I’m not pro Noynoy. Actually, there’s a post here in my blog dedicated in bashing Noynoy Aquino. Noynoy will never part of my choice.
I’m excited.
